My
write up of my version of the tiramisu cake featured on gulf-news.
This dessert is
frequently prepared at our place and I love the taste and texture.
I've eaten it at
restaurants and I've noticed at times the cake is pilled with cream which
drowns the actual taste of a tiramisu cake.
I prepare my
version by skipping the ready made cream and adding whipped eggs whites which
change the whole texture of this cake.
